  • 0-minutes of exercises – just take this pill or drink this formula

So, who’s right?!

Hello,

My name is Justin Yule.  For the past 20 years I have been studying fitness – specifically, the area of physique transformation (a.k.a., creating hot bodies). 

It started out as a selfish endeavor to reshape my “less than stellar” (that’s a nice way of saying FAT) body, but that quickly turned into a growing passion for more knowledge, a fascination in how the body and metabolism work, and eventually a degree followed by a career in fitness.  For 10 years now I have been making my living as a personal trainer, trainer of personal trainers, and trainer of personal training managers.

Let me tell you, in that time I’ve seen it ALL – what works, what doesn’t and what’s complete BS.

I created this website as a place for people like you to learn from my years of experience, as well as share in my continuing education in the area of building better looking and better performing bodies.
